Terms of Service

Effective 5 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GraphPaaS (the "Service"), a multi-tenant analytics platform for Microsoft 365 and Azure operated by DataTouches ("we", "us"). By connecting a Microsoft tenant or signing in, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

1. The Service

GraphPaaS reads metrics from your organisation's Microsoft 365 and Azure environment through the Microsoft Graph and Azure APIs and presents them as dashboards and reports. Access is read-only: we never modify your data, settings, users or resources.

2. Authorisation and accounts

  • Connecting a tenant requires a Microsoft administrator to grant consent to the permissions listed during onboarding. You confirm you are authorised to grant it.
  • You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for keeping credentials secure.
  • You may revoke consent at any time from your Microsoft tenant; the Service stops collecting data on the next sync.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, and not to use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Data protection

We act as a data processor for the personal data contained in your Microsoft environment. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where required, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies between your organisation and us.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate by disconnecting the tenant or closing the account. On termination we delete or return your data in line with the retention terms in the Privacy Policy and any DPA.
